- Minimum D3 dari jurusan Akuntansi (posisi : 1, 2, 3, 4, 6), jurusan Keuangan (4), jurusan Manajemen (6), jurusan Administrasi (6), jurusan Teknik Industri (6), jurusan Teknik Mesin (7, 8, 9, 10), jurusan Teknik Elektro (7, 8, 9, 10), jurusan Teknik Otomotif (7, 8), jurusan Teknik Sipil (10), jurusan Teknik Informatika (12), semua jurusan (11).
- IPK minimal 2.80.
- Usia maksimal 26 tahun.
- Interpersonal yang baik dan mampu berkomunikasi.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu atau dalam tim.
