Syarat Khusus :
- Lulusan S1/S2 atau mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan teori/bebas teori dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yaitu: Teknik,Ekonomi, MIPA(Matematika&Statistika), FISIP(Hubungan Internasional, Ilmu Administrasi Niaga, Ilmu Komunikasi), Hukum,Pertanian & Ilmu Komputer
- IPK Minimal 3.00 untuk lulusan S1 dan 3.20 untuk lulusan S2
- Usia maksimal pada saat seleksi awal:
- S1 maks.25thn & S2 maks.27thn
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
- Tidak memiliki ayah/ibu/saudara kandung yang aktif Bank Mandiri
- Belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama pendidikan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit kerja Bank Mandiri seluruh wilayah Indonesia
