PT Coffindo is an exporter coffee beans company in Medan, North
Sumatra. Established in 1999, Coffindo started from a small trading and
export company. Now, the company's business was mainly selling coffee
beans to both local and international markets and trade internationally
to more than 30 countries, with over 13,661 buyers.
Supported by a few hundred labors, Coffindo processes coffee
beans to be exported world widely and own 2,621 hectare of coffee
plantation in Pakpak Bharat, Dairi, North Sumatra. Now Coffindo
diversifying its business across the whole value chain of coffee
industry, from plantation to retail and from coffee machines to coffee
shops. Here we are really pushing forward to excel as Indonesia's finest
coffee source.
Coffindo was also endowed by various awards. In 2010, we were awarded as Indonesia's Best Exporter 2010. Consecutively in 2011 and 2012 awarded as Asia Pacific's Most Outstanding Entrepreneur in 2011 and ASEAN Business Man of the Year 2012. Recently in 2013 received Primaniyarta Award as Superior Potential Exporter for its 15 years experience in escalating coffee industry in Indonesia.

Qualification:
- Male min 22 years old, max 35 years old
- Education background bachelor degree in all majority
- Having experience at least 2 years as product and development staff
- Having good relation and strong motivation
- Proficiency in English is must
- Accuracy, nimble, co-operative, good looking and communication
- Having many database, having target
