PT ORIX Indonesia Finance (ORIF) didirikan sebagai usaha patungan antara ORIX Corporation (85%) dan Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Bank Indonesia (15%) yang  pada awalnya dengan nama PT. Orient Bina Usaha Leasing yang beroperasi sejak tahun 1975 dan menjadi pelopor dalam jasa sewa guna usaha di Indonesia. PT ORIX Indonesia Finance berkantor pusat di Jakarta, dan memiliki kantor cabang di beberapa kota besar sepreti Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Samarinda,  Semarang, Solo,

Sejalan dengan hal tersebut di atas ORIF Finance membuka lowongan kerja untuk menemukan kandidat yang tepat menempati posisi sebagai: 

Marketing Staff (Code : MS)
Location: Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Semarang

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with 
  customers and suppliers.
- Manage the financing process from start to finish. 
- Make a prudent credit analysis report by obtaining financial 
  data and conducting site survey.
- Control and/or settle non performing loan.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from sounding / reputable 
  university with GPA > 3.00 
- Working experience in finance industry, especially leasing 
  company, is preferred 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
- Communicate with confidence and able to influence others 
- Result oriented with strong commitment 
- Possess inherent drive and motivation to do the job well

Marketing - Car Rental / Operating Lease (Code : MS-AL)    
Location: -

Responsibilities:
- Building and developing strong and effective relationship with 
  new/existing customers and car suppliers. 
- Educating the customer in knowing rental/operating lease 
  scheme in order to increase company business portfolio 
  and brand awareness. 
- Lead and managing team of sales and marketing and support 
  their activities to achieve company target. 
- Doing market research and planning a new program to expand 
  marketing activities

Requirements:
- Must hold Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA > 2.75. 
- Minimum 3 years experienced as sales manager / related position 
  in car rental company or operating lease business. 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
- Result oriented with strong commitment Work effectively with 
  others and contributes to the team's objectives 
- Communicative with confidence and able to influence others 
- Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines 
  and multiple demands 
- Comply with business ethics and demonstrate high ethical standards

Credit Analysis (Code : CAS)    
Location: -

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for searching and examining credit risks, asses credit 
  history, and approving or disapproving credit in accordance 
  with the rule of The Investment and Credit Policy
- Responsible for data analysis needed for credit approval follows 
  concept, practice, and procedures within a particular field

Requirements:
- Male with age maximum 26 years old 
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from any field with GPA minimum 3.00 
  or equivalent 
- Fresh Graduate from overseas university is preferred 
- Required skills: Computer literate and Fluent in English 
- Be open, attentive to details, willing to learn, with a can-do 
  attitude

HR Staff (Code : HR)    
Location: -

Responsibilities:
To perform matrix assignments in HR Function of the company and delivers the results on time. The assignments will consist of:
- Recruitment & Training 
- Employee Relations 
- Compensation Benefits (to some extend) 
- To perform continuous improvements and other assigned projects as needed 
  to improve productivity and effeciency of HR Functions

Requirements:
- Maximum age is 27 years old 
- At least Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably majoring in Psychology. 
- Fluent in English. 
- Maximums 3 years working experience in HR Related Jobs. Preferably having 
  experiences in Recruitment/Personnel/Compensation Benefits/Job analysis. 
- Having capability to do continuous improvement. 
- Ability to build and maintain collaboration with colleagues' and other employees 
- Intermediate to advance skills in office software applications 
- 2 Full-Time positions available

Administration Officer (CODE : ADM)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain filling cabinet 
- Handling administration Job, such as : Filling, Data Entry, & Documentation 
- To prepare and arrange all docs in the file with account number or 
  by sorting 
- To scan all important docs which can be used regulary, instead of opening 
  employees files each time needed

Requirements:
- Single, Maximum 25 years old 
- D3 graduates only with GPA > 2.75 from any major 
- Computer literate, especially in Ms. Excel 
- Self-motivated with pleasant personality 
- Fresh graduate or with working experience 
- Good command in English is preferable

Field Collection & Operational (Code: COL-OPS)    
Location: -

Responsibilities:
- Handling overdue customers (visit, negotiate, analysis and reporting) 
  in accordance with collection rules and procedures 
- Preparing a collection proposal to relevant authority level to 
  determine the action plan to be taken 
- Coordinating legal action together with legal division to settle 
  overdue account according to the necessity 
- Repossessing and disposing the lease item

Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 30 years old 
- 3 or S1 with GPA > 2,75 from any field 
- Strong character and negotiation skills 
- Experienced as field collector / related position from leasing 
  company (for heavy equipment / trucking) is strongly 
  encouraged to apply 
- Good in English (written & spoken) in terms of making reports

Field Relationship Officer (Code: FRO)    
Jakarta Raya 

Responsibilities:
- Menerima aplikasi permohonan kredit dari calon customer melalui dealer/
  showroom
- Menjalin relasi dan hubungan baik dengan dealer/showroom mobil di
  sekitar area JADETABEK
- Memproses permintaan lease item kendaraan dari calon customer
- Mengelola database customer dan showroom
- Bertugas menyiapkan kelengkapan dokumen dan data-data yang dibutuhkan

Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK sederajat
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai surveyor mobil/credit marketing 
  officer / sales mobil (terutama untuk used car)
- Memiliki hubungan baik dengan showroom mobil di wilayah sekitar 
  JADETABEK
- Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan, komunikatif dan memiliki motivasi 
  tinggi untuk mencapai target
- Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan roda dua (sepeda motor) lebih diutamakan
