Job Role:

Responsible to acquisite and develop mobile service partnership in SME concentration area to support SME frontline Sales teams, to ensure growth of sales performance, sustainable revenue intake, fulfill market share target, and maximizing revenue and profitability.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in Telecom / Fixed Broadband Internet; SME experience is a plus
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Successful track records of coordinating and executing sales activities in line with budgets
  • Have experience in field sales for Fixed Broadband Internet Products
  • Have strong Networking with Building, Industrial Area and Commercial Area managements
  • Have strong persuasive and negotiation skill
  • Good in English

Job Role:
Providing legal support and advisory services to relevant business unit, particularly in the deployment, provision, operation and/or maintenance of telecommunication technology and network infrastructure, including interconnection, international roaming and wholesale (infrastructure and tower) arrangement in order to protect the company's interest in every transaction in anticipation of potential legal risks as well as providing report / analysis to management.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min. Bachelor degree of Law with at least 10 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation preferably fammiliar with telecommunication industry.
  • Skillful with company laws, telecommunication laws, anti competition law, as well as in depth knowledge of consumer protection law.
  • Proficiency in English
  • (Preferably) qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)
