Section Head - Fresh Food (code : SHFF_ST_BJM)
Kalimantan Selatan - Banjarmasin

Responsibilities:
  • •Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan produk Fresh , profit and loss dan sales achievement
Requirements:
  • •Pendidikan minimum Diploma
  • •Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Fresh Food Supervisor, diutamakan dari perusahaan retail / grosir
  • •Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan target yang ketat, dan fleksibel mengikuti perubahan di industri retail
  • •Skill bahasa Inggris aktif
  • •Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Banjarmasin

Merchandise Manager Dry Food (code : MMDF)
Jakarta Raya 

Responsibilities:
  • This position will responsible to ensure the achievement of key performance figures of assigned Food Division targeted annual sales, gross profitability and “other income” through a concerted approach in the negotiation of price/volume margin/promotional deals with suppliers and constant attention to assortment and inventory management including obsolete items.
  • She/he will alsi takes initiatives to ensure Lotte is competitive and ensure that the budgeted sales, gross profit and other income targets are achieved. Manager a group of buyers on a daily basis and represent the Commercial Director. Support the Commercial Director in the formulation and execution o the buying policy.

    • Requirements:
    • •Min. holds a bachelor degree from any major
    • •Min. 5 years experiences as Merchandise Manager Dry Food / Groceries from Retail industry or Supplier Food / FMCG
    • •Strong in analytical and strategic / conceptual thinking
    • •Innovative, good communication skill, detail and result / target oriented
    • •Computer literary, MS Office (especially Excell and Power Point)
    • •English capability is a must.

    Site Expansion Assisstant Manager

    Responsibilities:
    • This position wil assist Site Expansion Business Development to conduct some of market research of regional area for future stores development
    Requirements:
    • •Holds on Bachelor Degree from any major, but prefer candidates from Planology, Architect, Economic Development Study, from reputable University
    • •Have experience to searching data of site Jatabek area and well known of site location of business
    • •Have good analythical thinking to predict site of location have prospective of business
    • •Experienced as a market planner/research/survey analyst from big property consultant
    • •Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment
    • •Ability in English – both in verbal and written
    • •Proficient in using MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
