Responsibilities
Propose and monitor regional promotion program to support units in his/her respective area
(especially sales) in achieving regional revenue target.
Requirements
1."Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) prefered from Marketing or Communication Science, with minimum
2 years experience in promotion and/or sales field/background from Telecommunication Industry or FMCG"

Responsibilities
Response, follow up and resolve all related mentions with customer service which posting at
XL#s official account for Social Media networking. Build and maintain engagement with XL#s community (follower&evangelist) not only for building customer loyalty but also to build XL #s customer service image.

Analyst - Solution Development
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess product requirement to come up with product assessment result
- Translate requirement into technical product feasibility to fulfill product requirement
- Develop and lead product integration to achieve targeted timeline as expected
- Monitor and evaluate product implementation to ensure product KPI (ie. # of subs, revenue, RFS date)
- Propose product improvement to business users in order to meet product assurance and quality standard
- Develop scenarios for product testing to avoid misbehave deliverables
Requirements
