Finance Supervisor – (UI-FS)
Optimize cash flow, funding, and loan, monitoring budget and outstanding payment settlement
- Understand tax provision (PPh, PPN), experience in the related field (finance/ AR/ AP)
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
- Bachelor of Accounting/Finance. Having 1 year experience in related position. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
- Placement : Slipi, Jakarta Barat
Media & Website Design Officer – (UI-DES)
- Making promotion tools design (printed & outdoor media).
- Perform updating materials (information & image) in website.
- Diploma / Bachelor in Graphic Design. Min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
- Max. age 35 years old. Fresh graduates / 1 year experience in related position.
- Placement : Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan.
Advocacy Officer – (UI-ADV)
- Provide suggestion for case handling both litigation and non-litigation.
- Provide assistance to facilitate communication access at the level investigators/ police.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor in law, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
- Max. age 35 years old. Having 2 year(s) experience in property retail industry or related position would be advantage.
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.
Sales Manager – (UI-MM)
- Coordinate and monitor all activities related to sales of retail/housing/commercial building
- Responsible for achieving sales target and encourage sales team
- Deliver and analyze sales report
- Having good communication, negotiation skills and leadership.
- Bachelor Degree’s of Architecture / Civil Engineering, Master degree’s of Economics/Marketing/Business Management, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Max. Age 35 years old. Having 3 year(s) experience in property retail industry or related position would be advantage.
- Placement : Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang
Architecture Manager - (UI-AM)
- Architect for housing / high raise building / office.
- Coordinate and evaluate of the design drawings by the consultant
- Producing quality plans and rendering under tight deadline
- Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
- Bachelor/Master of Architect. min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Maximal age 35 years old. Having 3 year(s) experience in property retail industry or related position.
- Placement : Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang
