Accounting Supervisor
Based: Bogor, West Java

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Accounting daily operation are followed Accounting policy and procedures
  • Responsible for submission Estimate PnL Weekly Reports, Short Term Debt and FX exposure are meet the deadlines
  • Coordinate team for Monthly Tax Reporting, WHT and VAT
  • Ensure accounting policies and Internal Control system and procedure are in in placed and adhered
  • Assist Accounting Manager in preparing Monthly Management, Corporate and yearly Budget Reports
  • Review Monthly BS Reconciliation
  • Monitor follow-up Action Plan of Mini Audit and Corporate Audit.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree major in accounting
  • Have min 6 years working experience in accounting field, preferably from manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian Taxation and Accounting Principles
  • Familiar with US GAAP as well as local accounting standard
  • Very Good in operating Microsoft Office and accounting software such as JDE.
  • Strong analytical skill, drive for result, detail oriented and have ability to work with high accuracy
  • Able to work as a team or independent and available to work long hours when required.
  • Good verbal and written skill for both English and Bahasa.
  • High Integrity, good leadership and look for long term career advancement.
Merchandising Manager
Based: Bogor, West Java

Responsibilities:
  • Managing risk and merchandise our position using all of available tools.
  • Sourcing of safe and sustainable animal feed ingredients around the world.
  • Big passion to develop an engage team to support our growing animal nutrition business.
Requirements:
  • Proactive team player with excellence business sense to support our animal nutrition business.
  • Have a good business communication skill, well comprehended to operate common computers program
  • Degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary, Life Science, Economic will be preferable
  • Three years’ experience in the similar position, preferably from Animal Nutrition Industry
Plant Management Trainee
Based: Serang, Semarang, Purwodadi

Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will be placed in several parts of the Plant and Production Role in the business, in order to understand the flow of production process. Should the management be able to identify his/her personal strength and opportunities, he / she will be further develop in that particular role for future leader
  • To manage the facilities and the people to produce our products as efficiently as possible while meeting all other Corporate and Business Unit guidelines.
  • To conform standard of quality and service of our business and the character of the people professionally in presenting the brand image, provide working conditions which are pleasant and practical for our industry, preserve and improve facilities, follow specifications that follow the guidelines for general repair and capital projects, procure the best overall purchase price for supplies and repair parts and use the preferred supplier program.
  • To provide accurate and timely information to those responsible for accounting and to understand and act on the information reports generated.
  • To manufacture products which conform to the product formula and all other requirements of the product design
  • To commit in maintaining health and safety principles
  • To manage internal and external customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Graduates from reputable universities, majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and other relevant education background with min GPA 3.0

HR Supervisor - Training
Based: Bogor, West Java

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an annual training program, training budget and be available to self-conduct a few of internal classes. Facilitate processes for workforce planning, succession planning and staffing (hiring/job posting process, management trainee)
  • Be an open and candid team member to connect with function leaders to enhance and enrich expertise in HR function
  • Model, facilitate and motivate employees for better self-engagement
  • Be both initiator/executor for employee data validation and better administrative management to comply with Cargill policy, provincial employment and labor law
  • Actively participate in industrial relation issues handling
  • Provide HR leadership to support day-to-day HR needs and issues
  • Build and enhance network with local training institutions and able to recommend best resources
  • Being a good and strong advisor regarding training needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Graduates Psychology / Law / Teacher Training Institute. Overseas graduates are welcome
  • Minimum 5+ years exp. in human resources experience, especially in Training facilitation and Industrial Relation
  • Strong leadership initiative with ability to convince and influence/advise high level of management leaders

Marketing Communication and Analyst
Based : Bogor, Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support integrated marketing and communications plans utilizing campaign vehicles such as advertising, digital, PR, trade shows/events and promotions.
  • Develop communications and messaging for collateral including brochures, website copy, email copy and sales bulletins.
  • Establish, track and report key performance metrics against benchmarks.
  • Deploy brand identity standards and take a leadership role in enforcing compliance.
  • Coordinate and integrate efforts with other marketing and sales personnel and cross-functional teams.
  • Support product team growth goals through MarCom programs and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver creative and succinct presentations.
  • Manage external supplier relationships, budgets and projects.
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in majoring Marketing, Marketing Communication, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary, or its equivalent with experience in marketing research to developing marketing strategy.
  • Creative and having good concept and imagination in making data analysis or presentation.
  • Having min. 1 years’ experience in above related fields.
  • Computer literate, especially Ms. Office.
  • Good mastery of English.
  • Available to be placed in Gunung Putri, Bogor.
