Responsibilities:
  • Citi Consumer Banking Academy (CCBA) is the program aims to meet human resources who responsible for establishing good relation as well as the needs of Retail customers who have diverse needs.
  • CCBA is a program which intensively combined the structured method of In-Class Training, On the Job Training, simulations and debrief.
  • After passing all the tests and requirements of the program, candidates will serve as an Executive Universal Banker (EUB) and Personal Banker (PB) which will be placed in the Citibank branches all over Indonesia
Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of bachelors degree from reputable universities
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Age eligibility from 20 to 28 years old
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven and confident
  • Build and maintain strong networks with affluent clients and advice provide and product information to clients based on their personal needs, outlining relevant product features and benefits
  • Acquire certification for certain products and equip him/herself with proper product knowledge
  • Build a positive attitude towards Citibank customers and prospects by showing high professionalism via need based selling, call courtesy, as well as implementation of security checking to avoid fraud and complaints
